Today, I shyly expressed to my webmaster the title and description of two rather unusual sounding treatments I wanted added to my Specialty section.  I have 3 things to say about that.

1. My webmaster is my daughter.  Now, perhaps you have been in a situation where you share something very delicately personal with someone. They could either blink several obvious times yet muster on, or they could continue right on flowing in a wide field of grace, love and acceptance, supporting you all the way, hailing the thing you have told them.  To me, this sounds and looks like Jesus saying, Love one another as I have loved you. Acceptance. Generosity, You know. Like that. So, I'm grateful to my daughter for their wonderful support.

2. Freeing the Soul (brand new Specialty Treatment) seems to be a life-long adventure that is both event and process. Some parts of the adventure feel better and easier than others, right? In this treatment, I clearly guide you in how to very simply use a few tools, like the breath, to open and inform the process.  The breath can be so much more than oxygen. Joined with awareness, intelligence and connection become more available, and we find ourselves in new territory. Include Focusing, a natural process of deep understanding made more conscious and accessible by Eugene Gendlin, PhD, and new information comes to you, reveals itself to you, allowing whatever you need to know to become clear and evident. This implicit wisdom knows what is timely for you to know for your personal growth.

3.  Praying Massage, also newly added to my Specialty Treatments, is for you if you feel interested and open to and even desirous of having an attitude of prayer during your massage. Basically, prayer is turning one's attention to God. Sometimes it's listening, sometimes it's hearing. Sometimes it's you speaking and sometimes it's God speaking. Sometimes it's just pure communion. So prayer can occur not necessarily out loud, but also out loud. When I give a massage, words sometimes pop into my head, and knowing you have specifically selected Praying Massage because you would like to experience being in a prayerful field of openness, I will know I am welcome to say these words aloud. And your words, expressions, and songs will be welcome as well.
